Many CRM systems are designed for commercial use, and don’t meet the needs of the medical team.  This client asked us to represent the Medical Team in the company’s enterprise implementation, and help gather their specific team requirements.  We took the lead on overall design, testing, training and support, to ensure the MSL team and the rest of Medical Affairs had a system that was easy to use and provided the necessary functionality.
