In most companies there is no bigger expense on the P&L than costs associated with the workforce.  This client needed an Integrated WFM solution to streamline task communications, optimize the schedules of a massive workforce and account for ever-changing labor laws.  We partnered with their operations team and the 3rd Party software provider to design, configure, test and roll-out a solution to enable the client to provide the right team member, at the right time, with the capacity to provide superior customer service in their stores every time.
