Recent Projects
Integrated Workforce Management (WFM) for Retail

In most companies there is no bigger expense on the P&L than costs associated with the workforce.  This client needed an Integrated WFM solution to streamline task communications, optimize the schedules of a massive workforce and account for ever-changing labor laws.  We partnered with their operations team and the 3rd Party software provider to design, configure, test and roll-out a solution to enable the client to provide the right team member, at the right time, with the capacity to provide superior customer service in their stores every time.

CRM Design for Medical

Many CRM systems are designed for commercial use, and don’t meet the needs of the medical team.  This client asked us to represent the Medical Team in the company’s enterprise implementation, and help gather their specific team requirements.  We took the lead on overall design, testing, training and support, to ensure the MSL team and the rest of Medical Affairs had a system that was easy to use and provided the necessary functionality.

Streamlined Learning System

Often clients install new systems, but never remove the legacy platforms.  This client had numerous outdated learning management systems, forcing the field and home office teams to use different systems for different types of learning.  We were able to update one of their systems to the current version and migrate all their courses to a single platform.  We also updated all of their course offering to take advantage of the new platform’s offline and mobile capabilities.

Advance Analytics & Actionable Dashboard

This client was in the middle of an important product launch and leaders needed to receive analytics on activities and issues from numerous field teams regarding their customers.  Their current solution was very manual, inconsistent, and lacked "actionability".  We worked with their leaders to create a set of business systems and tools to improve the visibility of performance and enable discussion of actions required for improvement and increased customer impact.  The end result was an aligned and engaged leadership team.
